Hello everyone-

I have been using this forum for about a year now, but for some reason I have never been able to post posts or log in or anything (until now)...

About a year ago I bought a 2001 LR Discovery II that was on its way to the scrap yard for maintenance issues (no body issues other than a crack in the bumper).. Had 130,000 miles on it (About 145000 now)

I put some money into it and now its running great.. This is what I've done..

New alternator
New plugs and wires
New hoses
New coolant resevoir
Rebuilt driveshaft
Replaced all transmission fluid gaskets and filters
Replaced gear box gaskets and fluid
Replaced exhaust manifold gaskets
New O2 Sensor
Other small things

Looking to do some more maintenance as it nears 150000.. anything anyone recommends??

Thanks!

Get an Ultra Gauge and starting watching coolant temps. 180F Rover thermostat would be a plus. Radiator eventually.
