Hello from Kansas City!

My wife and I finally started looking into new to us SUV's that could pull a boat in the future. I have what I want in my Shelby GT500 Convertible and now it's her turn to pick what she wants. lol
She originally liked the new Ford Explorer ST and so did I. Since she already has a Lincoln MKS with the 3.5 Ecoboost engine and loves the power, she did not want to give that up, since she is a stop light to stop light driver with the occasional romp on the highway when passing someone.

Then she comes home the other day and said that she passed a Land Rover Discovery and really liked it. The Disco5 was not on my radar at all until she mentioned it to me. When I started looking into them I realized that they have a Diesel option as well as a towing capacity of over 7700 lbs. Since then I have been obsessed with the 4wd capability and towing capacity as well as the luxury side for her.

I test drove a 2018 TD6 Luxury this past weekend and really like the pull and torque it has and she drove it as well and really liked it as well. Ok, I'm now on the look out for a 2018 or 19 TD6.
