Video of RR plowing over the motorcycle gang

If the biker was innocent, then why did he get arrested,
Cruz, who was also injured, was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and endangering the welfare of a child for his actions

There was a NYPD detective riding with the group.

Actually the guy that got hurt hasn't had a license for 14 years and won't until three years from now. Not to mention he never had a motorcycle license. I bet he doesn't even have insurance. The guy basically hung out with the wrong crowd and he got caught in the crossfire despite the fact he never should have been there. The family wants Gloria Allred so they can sue the family for insurance money. Once they heard the guy worked as an executive at an internet firm they only saw dollar signs. Honestly the family is so full of money dreams they don't see no jury or judge will give them anything. And I bet the insurance company won't settle because the biker never had a license or a registered motorcycle. Honestly its idiots like him that make insurance on a high powered motorcycle so expensive.

drowssap, you need to get up to speed on things. Watch the video carefully, Cruz, who was riding in the same lane as the RR (illegal) and gesturing to the driver before he sped ahead, cut close in front then brake checked him (illegal), never went down. So it was a lie that Meises was kneeling helping someone. Of course now the story has been changed and he was trying to defuse the situation. Apparently after an extensive criminal record and while committing illegal activities he decided to become a model citizen.
Even though he was in no way at fault (if you watch the video the RR didn't speed up and hit the bike, Cruz brake checked him slowing down faster than the RR could.), Lein did his legal duty, he stopped after he and the bike collided. The only business at that point was between him and Cruz. No other biker had any reason to approach his vehicle, much less swarm around it. If I had been in the same situation I would likely have been in fear of my life also, considering how the incident happened. Lein was perfectly within his rights to leave the scene, even if it means running over people, to get away. You're allowed to use deadly force when in fear of your life. You're not obligated to stop if you run over someone in your attempt to flee.
Meises was riding with idiots (especially Cruz) and, regardless of what he was actually doing at the moment, was an idiot to stand in front of a car that had just been brake checked by a bike and then swarmed on by that biker's friends.
Do stupid stuff, bad things happen to you.

In the UK road rage is an everyday occurrence due to over congested roads - they say (politicians excuse). Speaking as both a biker and a 4x4 driver, if you're a 'sensible' biker you don't pull stupid stunts like try to stop a 4x4 with a bike - personal survival is the name of the game. This guy appears to be acting up the macho in front of his buddies and he tried it on - but on the wrong person. I certainly don't condone either party in this appalling incident but on the balance of probabilities the biker was in the wrong and the architect of his own demise. For starters he should not even have been on the road as he had no licence and probably no insurance either. You don't try to give another vehicle a 'brake test' using a bike, especially a 4x4 - that's suicide. As for the interview with his mother, yeah - it deserves an Oscar, great acting - sounds distressed but not a single tear in her eye or dew drop on her nose - should get a nomination for that interview.

This outfit regularly sells new armoured Range Rovers and Landrovers which are surplus to the military forces and the government diplomatic corps. The problem being who can afford them and who can afford to run them as they weigh well over 4 tons and drink twice the amount of fuel.
Having said that, you can often pick up a new one or two year old ordinary Landrover or Range Rover well below market price and still has zero mileage.
