Hi Brian
The Series 109 has a Safari/Tropical roof which is rare(ish) maybe 1:1000 has it. It's a great addition for high temp countries.
The 200TDi engine is a great engine but unfortunately it does vibrate a lot and is noisy compared to later diesel engines, however, they are a well thought of engine in the LR communities, bombproof. As for the r380 stick shift and the lt230, they are easily rebuilt yourself if you can find the time Robert, certainly no rocket science in them but don't forget to install a new clutch and slave cylinder when you tear them down. There are plenty of workshop manuals online for both.

Yeah, provided one likes rock, personally I hate it, lots of noise, posers with very little substance. Progressive rock died out with the dinosaurs but unfortunately it's been replaced these days with rap crap.
People here keep on about Johnny Halliday, WTF was he!!!, I had never heard of him until he died ............. now all you hear is his damned name .......... maybe time to move on in peoples minds I think.
I like the cows though, my kind of eeerr, animal.

Haha, time to record an album, fellas.
Unfortunately, there's no such thing as rock anymore.you hardly hear guitar at all, and good luck finding anyone recording with real drums. There's some decent indie stuff out there (REAL indie, AKA independent from a label, not the genre) but islts hard to find and it's few and far between.
