Woodstock, GA local help
Random thoughts -
Misguided youth, looking for your dope stash, because you must have been a rich grower headed to your secret plot. So, what kind of insurance do you have?
CDs might respond to wash off and scratch cleaner. Figure out the music on them, and re-burn or purchase them again. It's not the plastic, it is the music he enjoyed that keeps the memory fresh.
You don't dust the truck, the police do. But now that you moved it from the crime scene, they may not have a lot of interest. Of course, if you were not supposed to be on that land where some poor guy had abandoned his construction of a septic tank pit in the middle of the road, maybe you did not want to call police.
If no insurance coverage, take it to a dealer or high end shop and get a written estimate to make repairs. Make a police report. Use both to document your loss on income tax, if it exceeds the percent basis the feds allow.
You have their phone number. But you have no way to know if it was the vandals or the guy after the vandals.
One thing for sure, a high school kid with dad's tractor is missing a business opportunity, I'd print up some of those cheap yard signs and go look for mud holes like this...
Good thing there are u-pull junkyards around Atlanta. Head liner would have sagged eventually.
Only thing you could have done is sleep in the truck.
If you are married, this will come back up from time to time, you can count on it.
