Data micro sim card

I am trying to get a data micro SIM card in order to use in control app in my Range Rover. Range Rover advised duplicate sim but no provider naturally do not do this for obvious reasons. I was then advised to sync the data on the car sim with my phone sim to use my phone data allowance. How do you do this ?

Some providers have plans designated specifically for tablets or other mobile devices like watches. Generally they give you a second sim that shares the data allowance with your phone. Another option is a separate data only sim. Look into global sim from FreedomPop on FleaBay
