InControl Alexa not working

Default InControl Alexa not working

I have a 2023 Evoque and I have been using Alexa all the time since it bought it in October 2023. However, it stopped working one week ago. I have tried disconnecting the accounts and reconnecting them both through the car and through the InControl website. Anyone have similar issues?

Ensure that both your car's infotainment system and the InControl app are up to date. Manufacturers frequently release updates that can fix bugs and improve functionality or you should consider resetting your car’s infotainment system to factory settings. This will erase all your custom settings, so be sure to back up any important data.
