I was given a 2004 Range Rover HSE, by my uncle. He said one day it just wouldn’t start. I’ve checked the fuel pump and it is working. I took the oil filler cap off and the cam chains are not moving while I have someone else trying to start it. Did the cog on the crank break that turns the timing chain? What is going on? I will check to see if there is compression when it’s cranking over, something’s definitly cranking when the key is in the start position. Thanks.
