It starts badly or does not start at all in the negative temperatures
Hello everyone!
I need an expert advice.
There is a 2006 RR Vogue 4.4 petrol 306 hp.
The other day, at a temperature outside about -12 at Moscow time, RR did not want to start. The starter turns and very cheerful, but the engine does not grasp. He turns for 10 seconds, it seems to be starting to grasp, but, as I understand it, the standard protection is triggered and the starter stops turning. I danced around for 3 hours, and then he started up almost as if nothing had happened. There are no problems with hot water. In plus temperatures and a slight minus - there are no problems either. But -10 seems to be some kind of threshold and he doesn't want to start normally. I bought the car in August. I changed the candles immediately to Bosch iridium, I also changed the coils to NGK. Accum is new. I sprayed "quick start" into the intake - there was no effect. I don't know what it could be. Maybe we should put ordinary candles? Somewhere I came across that some kind of temperature sensor can do brains. Some say that through some kind of relay make bad voltage to the candles. I really ask for the advice of experienced people and the more detailed - then better!
Thank you!)
