I have a 2004 range rover HSE recently had some engine work done ( almost a complete rebuild including replacing the chains, guides and tensioners) I believe the mechanic doesn't know how to set the timing on it properly and has pretty much given up on me. The issues Im having are a very high idle (3000rpm's) and codes P0011 & P0021. Any ideas would be much appreciated!
