How old is your current battery? Some ageing batteries will not hold charge for long after you charge them. If your current battery is older than 4 years, get a new one.

If you bought the batteries from your dealer 8 months ago, they should still be under warranty. If you bought them elsewhere, they should also have a warranty. Take them back and let them replace the batteries. If replacing the batteries does not cure your problem, you have an electric drain that will need to be diagnosed. Do you have anything aftermarket installed on your vehicle? Have you checked the ground on your car?
