Default Engine flush worry

Hi - I am looking at a 2013 TDV6 Range Rover with 92k on the clock. It has 3 main dealer services and then annual services for oil change and filter. However the last invoice also details and engine flush and fuel flush. I wonder why this was necessary and does it indicate a potential issue with the engine. Appreciate any thoughts please.

I do not have a diesel but it could be this is part of the recommended services. I would ask the dealer where this was performed just for peace of mind.

This could also be an upsell of an oil additive and fuel additive. There are additives you add to the oil prior to an oil change and some dealers will label it a "flush"
