Unhappy Strange Issue: Driver's Side Electronics Crippled on a New 2022 Range Rover P400

Hi All - this is my first time posting and I am hoping you might have some suggestions.

I bought a 2022 Range Rover P400 MHEV in January. Everything was working well, except sometimes I noticed an issue in which the tailgate would occasionally not close and the vehicle would instead beep twice. Then, about two months ago, the keyless start, key fob, driver's side door lock/unlock buttons, driver's side blind-spot monitor, driver's side mood lighting and seat adjustments + windows would only work intermittently (and more often than not, do not work). Everything else works perfectly in the rest of the vehicle. , etc/

Now, to further deepen the mystery, I did notice for some time that if I opened the tailgate then everything worked normally, but the moment I closed it the issues immediately resurfaced. Door lock buttons would not work, the keyless start would cease to work, blind spot indicator lights would disappear, etc.
  • Obviously, it is still under warranty and I can take it to the service center, but I wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions or if you have seen an issue like this before.
  • I have disconnected the battery for 15 min (this had little success)
  • I have swapped the key FOB batteries

Thanks in advance for your input - it is greatly appreciated!
