How difficult a job is it? I have ramps and a good sized tool box and some tech skills. I regularly tear engine tops down! I didn't find a thread.

Anyone got tips, hints or pics?

 

If it is like a Discovery 1, it is simple. I did not remove the old upper pipe connection, rather cut the old and new line then joined them with 1/2 inch SwageLok fitting. Perfect seal, no drips. Later I realized the upper connection is really not that hard to get at.

 

If the fittings aren’t seized it’s easy. They can be completely seized.
