08 Sport- No Brake Lights

08 Sport- No Brake Lights
Fuse-OK
New Brake Switch- OK
Rear Brake LIght on the top of the window works.
Rear Brake Lights Do Not Work.
Tested Light bulbs- OK
Removed bulbs and checked for current when brakes are pressed and there is no current to the light bulbs. My multi-meter registered no volts.
I have no idea where to go next with troubleshooting this. Help is much appreciated.
