Default Low hum/throbbing noise

I had the centre prop bearing, anti roll bushes and rear wheel bearings changed two weeks ago - then took a trip up to the Lake District. On the way I noticed a low throbbing noise when cruising past 55/60mph that gets louder as i go faster - someone suggested to me it is likely to be the centre bearing that hasn’t been lubricated enough/ fitted properly - I think it’s unlikely as they’re a reputable Land Rover specialist garage, but any other thoughts?

thanks in advance
