Well bought me a used 2010 HSE V8. Vehicle is in great shape but the Radio system is DOA. Have tried the Bluetooth bypass and unit is still basically dead.

After 10 mins of blinking orange light it comes up and I can access Nav and 4x4 stuff, but all AV things are dead. The UX is there, but no matter what you do your stuck on FM, with no stations and no ability to tune or change volume. CD option you click on and it does nothing. Sat radio you select via Mode and it just defaults back to FM.

The Optical Cables are lit up so I know that much is good, but as I dig into trying to determine what is broke I just hit this point of diminishing returns. Seems to me that replacing the entire thing with modern system would be more cost effective and provide a more modern feel.

Just curious before I go jumping down some massive rabbit hole if others have had any success. If so, what wiring kits, what head units etc...
