I was jacking up the truck and the jack point slipped and hit the transmission cooler which then hit the steering rack. I’ve gone ahead and replaced the steering rack but am now having trouble re-installing the transmission cooler. The cooler is hitting one of the oil lines on the steer rack and for the life of my I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I’ve checked the old and the new steering rack and they’re identical. I’ve also checked the new transmission cooler and it’s mount and it doesn’t seem out of place. Anyone have any experience dealing with this issue? Much appreciated!
