Cannot Register InControl Account

Angry Cannot Register InControl Account

Wondering if anyone else has dealt with this issue. Received 2021 Range Rover Sport in March 2021. Have tried multiple times since then to create an InControl account. It will not let me get passed the screen where you need to accept T&C and Privacy Policy. I've tried Chrome and Safari, have opened T&C and Privacy Policy, scrolled to bottom, literally clicked every single link within those pages (one customer service rep said their "algorithm" requires this and tries to detect it). The page is filled with javascript errors. Have spent 90 min on the phone with LR customer service. Called local dealership 3x, no one has called me back. LR Customer Service Rep created a support ticket with their technical team over a week ago and has now ghosted me. I just want to use this $90k car to its fullest.

Did you get a fix? I just took delivery of a new 110 today, and am having the same issue.
Mac. Chrome and Firefox. Will try my new Monterey machine with Safari tomorrow.

Default This is what worked for me

You have to click on the items within the paragraphs and not just the boxes. If I remember they were blue or italicize.

I had the same issue about 3 weeks ago on 2022 Range Rover Sport. I ended up calling customer service and they were able to help within about 5 min. I called the number listed towards the bottom of the T&C or privacy policy, I don’t recall which one exactly.

Don’t use safari. Use chrome. Speaking from experience
