Default Help! Tube hanging from l494 diesel fuel filter.

Hi,
Recently noticed a long black tube fixed to the bottom of my fuel filter which is dangling from the bottom of my engine bay.
Just want to check with anyone on here who is familiar with l494 RR Sport models to see if this is right or needs urgent attention?
The car is running superb with no issues noticed but the tube hanging recent caught my attantion when I gave the car a wash over the weekend.
If anyone wants to know the build year its a 2014 Sport autobiography v6 diesel.

Default Hanging tube

This tube is the drain from your fuel filter. It normally is not as long as yours is. You can cut off about 3 inches or so and it may not get pulled off that way. Good luck
