Default LR3 hitch receiver. Wiring harness, and brake controller

$500 plus shipping for the kit. Comes with the harness which mates the brake controller to the OEM connector under the dash. Our research shows the trailer harness only works with LR3, but we could be wrong. Has a new lock assembly.

Located in Huntington Beach, CA.

Randy-yes your LR3 should be wired for trailer brakes if you have the tow package. If you have the tow package here is the procedure: 1. Remove the fascia under the steering column (3 screws, some swearing and it is off) 2. Take a flashlight and look up under the steering column. There will be various wire bundles. The one you are looking for is doubled up on itself and has an open "quick connect" end. Release the from the wire holster. You will then need an adapter wire bundle for Ford F150 brake controller wiring. I bought one at Auto Zone for about $15. Attach the the adapter bundle to the LR3 wire and then your controller to the adapter. You are now set. Hope this helps.
