Upper radiator hose T

I am looking for the upper radiator hose T. 3 hoses go into it and it has a screw for a breather. Everyone is selling the item with the hoses, and I have new hoses. I just need the T with the breather (I broke the T tryng to fix it in -25 degree weather)

I’ve got a used one, $5 plus shipping. Or, I can break up a set of my new aluminum coolant tank and t combo.
