I have my CB mounted to the backside of my center console, so the way I ran mine was pulling up the passenger side carpet on the front and back doors for access.
Running the cable from the CB to underneath the passenger seat and into the carpet all the way back to the passenger side cargo box. Underneath that box to the very back door using the vent as a access point, then further on as seen in the pics.

Guys, I just ran into a problem, my antenna wire came in the mail yesterday and it fits the CB but not the antenna... Do i need to buy some sort of adaptor or have I done something wrong. Here is my set up, dont know if this helps...
The good news is, I have the CB wired up (my first successful wiring job) and the antenna is in place. Now I just need to firgue out this antenna wire situation and I'll be ready to go!
Here's how the antenna looks:

The mount you have uses ring terminals to connect the coax to the antenna mount. I'm assuming the cable you got has the same connectors on both ends. Cut the end off your cable at the antenna and strip off about 1.5 inches of the black outer shielding. Inside you'll find the braided shield, then a plastic isolator and then the center conductor. Pull the braided stuff off enough that you can twist it back together off to the side and that goes to your ground (I used one of the mounting bolts for the antenna base). Next you'll want to expose enough of the center conductor so you can put a ring terminal on it. Once you do that there should be a small screw that came with the antenna mount that will go through the ring on the center conductor and into the bottom center of the mount. Essentially what you want is the end of your coax to make a Y with a ring on the center conductor and a second ring off the side on the braided shield. I'm not good at explaining things so I hope this helps.
