99 D2 Build "Old Faithful"
Tinkered around with getting the OEM headlight squirters to work. I used the original D1 T/pressure valve (already connected on the used ARB) and of coarse it's INOP. I'll have to either buy a new one or convert the lines to the smaller D2 size and use the D2 T/pressure valve.
Old Faithful's original starter finally started to get weak. It still cranked, but it wasn't as fast as it should be. Slapped on a perfectly good spare I had in my shop & now she turns over nice and smooth again.
Still looking into a replacement metal rear bumper for it, and some LED lights for the roof rack.

It's really looking great!
Hey, question on the squirters that is kinda related. On my latest one, the rear washer isn't spraying. I hear the pump running, but no squirty squirt on the window. I've not started to diagnose, but I've not seen any fluid leaking anywhere. Got any ideas?

It has a little check valve just inside the rear cargo door I'd remove the rubber grommet, and pull out the rubber line gentle to check it. I'd disconnect the line to the squirter and blow on it, air should flow out. If it doesn't it's just clogged up, if air flows thru it, I'd try removing the little check valve and with the hose hanging out try the rear squirter and see if it works without the valve if it still doesn't you "could" have a line disconnected from the pump to the check valve, it runs thru the interior so it might be kinda hard to spot any leaks at first without really getting into it.
