Default P38 - error messages re 'window not set etc

Hi

I've not been a member here for long, but I wonder if someone can help?

I've got a 2000 'W' reg P38 2.5 DHSE; I had the battery changed last week, and despite my warnings, the company concerned didn't connect a second battery to maintain a 'continuity' whilst the main battery was changed.
Hey-ho, and I couldn't get into the car!

I contacted Land Rover at Chesterfield (very helpful) who supplied me with the key lockout code, which I duly entered via the drivers door lock.

I was then able to get in and start the car, but upon switching the ignition on, I get a load of warning signals coming up, including 'sunroof not set', 'LH Front window not set, etc etc.

I haven't got a workshop manual or cd, but I surmise that this is something to do with the windows etc being set that they 'know' their open/closed positions.

Can anyone please advise on how to clear the fault messages?

In my 96 I have to hit each switch (window, sunroof) twice. This clears the code and then windows remember how to go down all the way when switch is held.
