You need to bleed again......and again if necessary. Most can't get all the air out on the first go.

I read my manual and realized that I have Homelink. So I can open my garage door from my Rover now. Didn't cost nothin'!

Finished hooking up my winch. Broke another section of coolant line installing the wiring (had just enough extra to replace the break).

Loaded up my Disco and drove it 880+ miles in two days from Chicago to the east coast over the Appalachians in PA. Headlights kept freezing over in the snow storm had to stop every 100 miles to get the ice off of them.

Installed the re-manufactured starter I got at my work ($78+core my cost). Went to go back to work from lunch at home yesterday and it grunted for a second, then nothing after that. Wife drove me back to work and a friend picked me up. We jumped the starter relay and got nothing, not even a click. Then verified solenoid was getting voltage on "start". Pulled starter last night in about 15 minutes and tested it with jumper cables. Nothing but sparks at the connections. Hit it with a hammer and it worked every time after that. Checked both old and reman at work this morning - 8 amp difference between the two. For a $22 core charge, I am opted to keep my original as a spare.

Today I used my Rover to haul music gear. I'm getting a band together. Today was the first time I seriously played with other musicians in almost 10 years... and it was awesome.

Wife need the Rover to get to work after the blizzard. I was buried in 1.5 to 3 feet of drifting snow and got out like a champ with the Amigos on and TC not working. Need to fix those. Again, I am very impressed with the Cooper Discoverer M&S tires. So good in snow not matter how deep. Dragged the bottom side through snow. Free underbelly cleaning!

I've had no time for Alfred in January, both kids have been sick with the flu for what seems like the whole month!
I did get half an hour today so I installed the bush cables. Took a wee look under the bonnet to find that two of the rubber mounts on my SAI are cracked and broken so ordered three from AB. I also picked up the parts to install oil pressure, water temperature and voltmeter gauges in a mudpod I ordered from lucky8. If I get time next weekend will be anyone's guess. At some point I need to pull my ladder off so that I can send it to Triar before he heads to AK....

Installed new low range sensor. Yay! Now the computer knows when I'm in low and M mode and HDC work again!

SuperSport couldn't have done an easier to follow how-to.
