2022 Defender orders taking place now

Update for those of us anxiously watching and waiting.... There's apparently quite a few of us in the "5/14" build day club. It looks like those vehicles have made it to Southampton port and are either being loaded today or waiting on the next ship or two this week. My tracking sheet has updated to show an arrival at the dealer (here in the mid-south US) one week earlier than originally stated. So things seem to be moving along.
I noticed the status has updated to "Into Port of Exit or Local Compound". In other's experience, will this same line change and update with something like "On X-named ship" once its loaded and on the way?

Things seem all jumbled up - the 2022 Range Rover is now on the LRUSA site, so I guess all the hype and spy photos of the next gen 2022 RR has been pushed to MY2023 now. With the chip shortage and supply chain issues, including cargo capacity, everyone is scambling to find solid footing. Personally I would be nervous to have an order in the books right now as I can see LR missing one part of a package or accessory and just pushing the vehicle out the door anyway knowing if the buyer does not want it, someone else will.
LR has this snippet at the end of their RR brochure:

Well when the online configurator came out its showed the rear lights having the smoked style like the X and V8 have. I inquired twice with my dealer to confirm that was the case and they did not answer. Now when you view the online configurator it shows the non smoke style in most of the pictures, although a couple angles still show the smoked version.
IMO its false advertising. I told my sales rep that I part of the increase from the my21 to my22 build variance was offset by getting the smoked rear lights, that would cost $1k+ to swap out on my own.

My dealer swapped my my21 order over to a my22 order and added the clearsight mirror and the air suspension. I had inquired right away as to what changes were occurring between my21 and my22 and was told "not much." It took my sales rep a couple weeks to send me the new build order that had 3k bump in price due to the model year change. I had to create a new order as I went from an HSE to an XS and that has now delayed my total time another month to month and a half. Still waiting to find out as we were just told a couple weeks ago it was three weeks behind schedule. I am now sitting at almost 4 months since I gave them a 5k deposit with 2 to 2.5 months to go.
FWIW the color you selected was my top choice (carp grey with white roof). Also you are second person who got fully grained leather seats. They are not advertised to be that for the SE model. Share some photos when you get a chance!

Shows off the contrast between the carpathian grey and black nicely...
Pollen alert...
Surprise: All grained leather, no canvas fabric detail
Rear seats

Nice color scheme, I have the same colors ordered on my 2022 90 except with white steelies and khaki seats.

So the 2022 Defender Brochure is now up and the SE has the following disclaimer:
