Annoying Software Update

Not sure if this would be applicable but I believe that an INControl account properly set up is important. The fact that you apparently had one makes me wonder. My wife had a good bit of trouble with her 2019 Discovery Sport account when she first got the car-after much looking about at dealer they finally realized there was a single character wrong in the VIN number the dealership put into the system on their side.
Funny others have reported a periodic blanking of those connection credentials which seemed to come back of their own accord. Looking at your screen shots may I assume that you are located I Italy or Europe somewhere? If so then US based experience like mine could be different-

Just received 2.0.7 this morning after a short drive. It took 30 minutes to install after arrival home and was one that requested I lock the doors. There are not any release notes in my info and at least initially I do not see any settings that have changed to include connectivity. There was not a change to last Live App update of 12/04/2020.

2.0.7 Followup- On my first drive after 2.0.7 I received a warning that emergency steering and brake assist were not available. I could not reset this with a restart of car so I cleared and drove. I confirmed the lack of emergency steering by selecting Lane Keep Assist and receiving the message that it was not available. My theory is that LKA uses emergency steering system.
This is not a big issue to me as these are both backup features to normal driving. I had received the same warning for the first drive after 2.0.6 which seemed to digest and go away. Upon the second drive (my first being only about 3 miles) following the update I received no warning for braking and steering and the system appeared to do its own reset or at least take the time and look like I had done a hard reset of the PIVI.
All is fine and back to normal. I guess the expectation of some software settling immediately after an update remains. I will comment again if anything else occurs.

Another nice video from Simon. When you switch on the car after an update look for that little blue dot by the user icon in what would be our upper left corner. Tapping on the icon takes you to the software update info as well. I still always seem to have a first drive or really first few minutes of operation completion of the update -I guess I could say it that way. The system has always had a few subtle or not so subtle behaviors right away before settling down.
The Wake Word and Temperature Setting commands seem to work well for me by the way.

Not sure, but there was a useless parking app (to us here in the US), can't think of the name right now, listed among the InControl apps you could install and connect up to recently. It was useless because it only worked in the UK. That app seems to be gone now, so perhaps that's all the Connect Accounts update did with 2.0.7.
