I tried to read the manual, I really did.

Can someone just tell me if there's a way to disable the automatic dimming of the digital cluster?

In daylight I just want it full bright all the time as opposed to it adjusting to the ambient light.

I went through the settings menu on the wheel and on the nav screen and was still unable to locate a place to do it.

Simon at PowerfulUk did an excellent job posting a video of all the settings. Here's his Google Docs on it. Perhaps it is now dated, but I couldn't find anything on it. But I just searched for terms. You may go eye ball them all and discover something: Link.
