FYI - I had a low battery warning on my 2022 and I couldn't get OTA updates - when I took it into my dealer (not the brightest dealer!) they replaced the battery in the engine bay - I picked it up and the very next day I got the low battery warning again - they checked again and replaced the battery under the passenger seat.

Hah, the nonexistent engine bay battery. That has to be one of the most incompetent things I've heard.

The 2 LR dealers closest to me in MA were both bought by Group 1 Automotive in TX. They immediately closed one of them so service at the remaining one is backed up for months. Anyway...after 2 years and 37K miles on our 2021, we kept getting the low battery warning. Took it in once, got the "problem not found" BS. A few days later, same low battery warning is back. Get an appointment 2 weeks later, same nonsense. Battery passes the charging test so the dealer can't replace it under warranty per Group 1 Auto rules. My protest goes nowhere as the dealership service advisor says it's Group 1 policy and they can't help me. More like they refuse to help me by showing good will and cover the replacement battery. So I end up paying for a new battery myself just to solve the problem. Completely ridiculous.

No surprise that I bought our 2023, 2025 and the 2026 on order from another dealership that is much farther away. But it is owned by a local family and they treat their customers fairly and actually value repeat business.
