If you're going to do any towing definitely get a 110. The longer wheelbase will be much more stable. It will also handle cross winds better.

I just realized that they don't come standard with a tow hitch.
I am completely thrown off by this.
Didn't they used to come standard on all LR's?

That was a time ago with the LR3 and LR4 with the V8. After 2014 the hitch receiver was an option along with 4 low or heavy duty pack with a full size spare. Literally everything is an "option"!
