https://landrover.oempartsonline.com/

I've ordered parts listed as non-fitting my VIN

Most parts for MY22+ will come back as not fitting.

I emailed them and they were fine with shipping the parts.

The calipers are listed as fitting MY20 P400

Half the price of the same part from other vendors who remove the LR part numbers and sell.

@ChrisVH - Why not just create your own VIN? There are many sites that tell you what the components of a VIN mean. Just get the Makers code, year, model, etc. Or a faster way is to go to Copart , enter the Year, Make, Model and find a wrecked version. The last photo is almost always a photo of a VIN. Then plug this into the "Compatibility Checker" and place your order. Heck, if you have some challenges, post the year/make/model/trim/whatever that you need the part for and I might get you a VIN! Any screw ups due to my own ineptness (which is legendary) is on you, though....

Many shops recommend you enter the VIN, but don't require the VIN to accept your order, from what I see (LR Paramus, NJ, is an example: https://parts.landroverparamus.com/o...r102243?c=az0x)

Just had 3rd shop refuse my caliper order for a MY 2020 defender VIN, saying it wasn't a match. Are you sure those part #'s mate with the 2020 MY P400? Otherwise, does anyone have a specific MY LR and model # that they know 100% uses the calipers I need? TIA

Yes

They are a discovery 5 caliper.

I've not used them but know they are the right part. All the data I've sourced confirm it. I'm sure enough that I'd buy them if I was doing the same.

I'm on attempt #5 to get these calipers. Got a VIN for Discovery 5, it cleared the 'fitment checker' and got order submitted, but the parts supplier just rejected the order, and came back with this: The correct part numbers for your are vehicle # LR113706 and LR113708. The VIN was for a Discovery 5. So... is there a SPECIFIC trim level of the Disco 5 that I should be using on these searches for VIN, or does anyone have a VIN # they can recommend so I can put this thing to bed? Already have the wheels, so I need to make this happen...

I would recommend a call to that company. Obviously a person with some experience was on the other side. I personally HATE calling a parts counter (yeah, I've worked on one so I hate answering the phone too - irony), but in this case I'd suggest going old school and calling. I predict you will get it straightened out. Good luck.
