Interesting 🤙

Apparently in the area I live in windshield damage is super common, so much so that insurance covers 3 or 4 cracks per year. My wife’s LR Sport has gotten hit 3x already this yr.

I might consider this…

I know others have had the same issue so posting here to document. I called the dealer and they want to see it, take pictures, and send to manufacturer. Going to drop by this afternoon and will keep all posted.
You likely have a spontaneous windshield crack caused by glass stress or a manufacturing defect. Since there’s no impact damage, the dealer documenting it and contacting the manufacturer is the right approach, and it may be covered under warranty.
