The factory kit comes with two crossbars, and they are different widths (narrower at the rear) to fit into the lockdown slots. Did you order a third crossbar? And where do you have it on the roof - I don’t see how you can lock it into place?
I ordered a second set and cut one down a few inches. It fits into the third slot (rear most - where the roof rack mounts) and goes right over the antenna. The factory spacing of the two OEM crossbars would not support my kayak and would barely support my roof box. With three crossbars the antenna is protected and I can load my kayak from the rear.
I have an extra crossbar (brand new, with keys and all mounting hardware) for sale ($175 + shipping) if anyone is looking for a single to do the same.

Installed my cross bars last weekend. Easy to install and I think it looks great!
Installed mine just a couple of days before you and it was super easy. OEM was much cheaper than trying to piece together from Thule for some reason and I get a significant discount from Thule. Only (minor) problem is I have Carpathian Gray with the extended black package so would prefer they were black. Will need to figure out how to black them out. They are a great finish for your color!
