I’ve taken my 110 in to the dealer twice for buzzing speakers. The first time they updated the amplifier software, the second time they replaced the front right speaker. I have the meridian surround sound btw.

Awful vibrations and rattling in the b pillars both driver and passenger sides with heavy base notes. Factory subwoofer completely inadequate. Was intolerable, not to mention frustrating thinking of the money spent on my 23 D90 V8. (700 watts 14 speaker surround system). AWFUL! Dealership had no clue as to what to do.

Hi there... new to the thread. Were you ever able to get resolution with the audio system?? Truly frustrating and embarrassing Land Rover would put something out there like that.

? have a D90 v8 and experiencing the same thing, it's pathetic for this price. I thought about having the dealer fix but I know they'll try to solve just that issue and nothing beyond. I think the best bet is to take apart and do a proper job of insulating and sound deadening. The road noise is too much for me anyway.

l love my Defender 90 Commercial

lt has only one speaker in each door and tweeters at the bottom of the "A" pillars.

No sub, no centre speaker, no rear speakers.

l've never had any rattles, or buzzing noises from what is effectively the same setup as my dad's company Vauxhall Cavalier had back in 1982.

lt actually sounds pretty good, it's certainly not offensive and l am in the vehicle all day every day.

Agreed, they (dealership) will do nothing. I eventually took it to a professional installer whom took it apart , diagnosed and solved a good amount of the issues on top of improving the sound profoundly!!

do you mind me asking how much this cost you? I can DM you if more comfortable that way. I need to stop the rattling, it’s ridiculous.

totally understood! If to diagnose and remedy the rattles which would be tightening and completely sound deaden the inside probably 1-1.5 k range. Unfortunately the entire inside has to be taken apart from seats, door cards, b pillars side panels, etc . Some of my speakers in back didn’t even have all the screw holes filled . Where all the rattling was coming from . Was shocked to learn this. Speakers alone were rattling and the back tweeters were just secured by tape . Crazy . I took it few steps further and replaced all my front speakers and added a JL 12 shallow sub.
no worries if you want to discuss would be happy to talk privately too. I’ve researched this to death but pretty satisfied now.

Not sure which is worse, the speaker rattling or the annoying creaking from the plastic interior bits in the back. Inexcusable.
