So frustrated that I explicitly said there was a leak but they kept asking me to just leave it and top off the coolant.
I will add, that the one who found the leak was an independent shop. They took a photo which I showed the JLR dealer and only then, did the dealer perform a repair.

If you’re passing pressure tests (hot, cold, whatever time limits) and the aux rads look clean, then the skid plates need to come off and begin looking for drips.

my leak took 1-2 months (IIRC) to drop from min to max. Take pics and track it to establish a baseline of what’s being lost over what time frame.

once the skid plates are off the dealer can really start hunting better then.

Do you have recommendations for the independent shop? I see your location is in northern Virginia where I'm also at.

Sounds like I need to find a shop who's willing to do the check.

It took 3 - 4 months to drop below the min but the weird part is I never saw the warning light. I have to open the hood once in a while just to keep tracking.

I use Hillyard Automotive in Sterling. They've done a great job of handling both maintenance/repairs as well as the one-off work of installing 3rd party products. And unlike the dealership - they know how to manage a schedule. https://hillyardautomotive.com/

Hi,
I have had the same issue for 4 years now. And unless I open the hood to look I would not know. I do not get a warning. I am really concerned. My warranty is up in Feb.
Thanks
Annie

This is what you want. You buy it from the dealer, and it has to be diluted 50% with distilled water.
