Thank you for your feedback, vinceleo. Just what I wanted to hear. Did an exhaust upgrade on a previous Porsche 996 by myself and had no problems, so I feel confident tackling this. I have a QuickJacks hydraulic lift, heat gun, torch and and a collection of tools that should suffice. And your comments on the exhaust note are reassuring. I’ve also longed for a bit more ‘tone’ in the Defender. The power it has is surprising for such a heavy boxy vehicle and it seems the sound output should exemplify that.
It's not as loud as an aftermarket Porsche 996 exhaust - it is civilized but better.
Resonated Milltek exhaust in! Thanks for everyone’s feedback recently. Can confirm absolutely no drone. Nice deep tone, noticeably louder (as others have said could be just slightly louder still) and the nice aesthetic (in my opinion) of quad tips.
