I have a 23.5 V8 110 Carpathian Edition that is due to be built on 5/19. Delivery date is estimated on 7/28. Starting to get excited.

Question for everyone..

How often do you get an updated build sheet from the dealer?? I see a lot of comments showing options are being deleted or added before the build date?

• How correct is the delivery date quoted from dealer when order is placed? Us?
• Has anyone's order when pushed up and completed faster in US?
• Have people been seeing delays on orders in the past couple months in US?
• What are the stages via order updates to look for? Mine is showing "Order Comfirmed"

 

My Carpathian Grey D90S (P300) was pushed forward three weeks shortly after I ordered. Originally estimated build 5/12 but moved up to 4/21 and actually ready 4/24 for transport. Still waiting assignment for shipping, though.

Expected delivery shows June 9th as opposed to original quoted date June 30th.

I will be quite happy to see it any time in June!

The only item changed on mine after order was analog cluster instead of IDD, although the upgraded headlights were not available for order at that time.

My spec is loaded, vintage tan full leather and all the bells and whistles...

 

sounds like I’ll have the 110 twin of your 90. So far looks like I’ll have the IDD and standard LED headlights. I have a build date of 6/30 and delivery of 09/08 and hoping for a quicker turnaround.

 

Somewhere back a couple months I described my expectations before seeing the dealer was 6-9 months. The dealer had an allocation and I am expecting under four months from order to delivery. As long as I get delivery by June 26th.

 

Sorry, I should have noted that my IDD (as ordered) showed up that way until the week after "Last Ammendment" for mine had passed.

My dealer sent me a new derailed Vista2 printout the Tuesday before it was built (that Friday)...

Also, if yours is a MY 23.5 build, it likely will move forward as they get ready to switch to MY24

 

I just got the build sheet for my P400 X-Dynamic SE, MY 24, today. Shows build date as 7/7/23 and delivery 9/1/23.

I don't do waiting very well.

 

I'm in limbo myself.. build date is 6/20 delivery 8/25. waiting is starting to get annoying.. They did move up my Amendment date from 5/17 to 5/2 so maybe there's something there who knows..

 

I just visited my local LR dealer and they just received a few more Defenders. All but one that came in had the IDD. They were all built in March. Most of the Defenders I’ve seen that have been changed to analog were February builds. Hopefully this means the shortage might be starting to ease? LR may still have to prioritize certain trims with the IDD that they’ve been able to get so that might explain why yours was still switched to analog even though it’s an April build? Just guessing. Doesn’t always seem like any rhyme or reason for things they do. Maybe it will actually arrive with the IDD, let us know.

I have a 23.5 MY P400 X with a June build date and delivery is expected in early August. Last amendment was April 19th. My dealer said it held the IDD, clearsight camera, 700W surround sound and 11’4 display which are the deal breakers for me without those features. I was going to wait for a 2024 MY until I found out that they dropped the Surround Sound audio on all but the P525 models so I held onto my 23.5 build. It sounds like it could be one of the last of the 23.5 models. I really hope it doesn’t get bumped to a 2024 model.
