Did your dealer tell you this? Didn’t realise 23.5MY was a thing yet? Any info on differences?

The dealer told me that ordering an HSE makes no difference to the delivery date, or an X. I don't want a sunroof but offered to trade up to an HSE if it meant the vehicle came sooner. Was told not to bother.

There is a way to get the 11.4 inch screen and digital display, it costs about 6k and involves getting extended leather, heated and cooled seats and a few other things that I forget

The screens are supplied by LG, that is where the bottleneck is

I had the same conversation regarding sunroof but help wasn't forthcoming. I wish I was told about the workaround for the screen, I probably would have done it as I had done the heated and cooled seats already. What are the chances that the screen can be upgraded later once the madness settles down? Thanks for the info.

The 11.4 inch screen can be retrofitted, however, as of now I don't believe any after market sellers have stock of it due to LG not being able to make enough. It looks like it costs about $4k though I would think that would come down substantially over time

The digital dash....I don't know

There's a few showing up on the road where I live in Sydney and they all seem to be SE spec, I have seen the occasional HSE or X but I think they were delivered in 2021.

Located in Fort Worth Texas and have been on a waiting list since February at 2 local LR dealerships. Anyone in the DFW area having any luck? Will my turn come soon?

According to my dealer (AZ), there is an open/unrestricted order call in the next few days. They didn't receive any allocations in April or May.

@USFGIRL - Nothing happens until the Dealer gets an allocation. That's the # of Land Rovers (of each model) that they can order. Depending on the Dealer, they get more or less. Your Dealer should at least tell you where you are on the "wait list" for an allocation. If you're "next" or within their typical allocation (warning, the actual number is directional but changes frequently) then you have to wait for JLR-USA to specify how many/when the Dealer gets them. That's the roadblock everyone is experiencing right now as they switch over to the MY23.5. I think I read it will be later in the month, but who knows. Good luck.

Just got delivered an X 110 D300 MY23 last week (Europe). Ordered at the end of September. Build date was changed couple times forward and backward and at the end came out close to what was originally suggested by the dealer. After reading forums I wasn't expecting it but nothing was missing, including larger screen, digital dash, HUD, activity key. Compared to what I ordered (MY22) a few things changed what others already mentioned including missing soft close tailgate (which I don't mind), missing click and go and USBs built into front seats, missing fuel filler lock, missing sunglass holder and downgraded plastic switches behind wheel. The second key is delayed which is not a big issue considering the activity key arrived. Overall, nothing major so got super lucky. Early days, but it feels an amazing car, so far spotted no issues and the D300 drives very well with great mileage even before break-in.

Which is your AZ dealer? I have one in with North Scottsdale.
