Were spacers required for the 275/55R20's to fit? not sure why the OP had to use 30mm spacers to get the same size KO2's to fit. or was that just for "stance"

Did the 30mm spacers work with the factory lug nuts?

Default spacers

Hey Jesse,

i am waiting for a set of black rhinos 20x8.5 et +10 and trying to choose a tire size. i have committed to a 1.0 lift and no more. the shop is saying 275/60/20 but from what i am reading most are having issues with the 60 side wall.

with your spacer setup your net offset would be close to my black rhinos. did you ever try this with your 275/55/20 without lift and did it rub. believe you mentioned with the lift there was no issues

They were simply terrible quality control versus the Nitto.

Do you really have any noticeable lack of grip compared to an All Season on contaminated highways surfaces?
I find the Nitto Ridge Grappler to be extremely quiet on road, very compliant and well mannered.

I had no rub with the BFG but the Nitto 275/55/20 are a bit wider in the same size, they had a small rub at full lock with no lift on the plastic bits. With the 1.0" lift no rub at all.

I wanted the wider stance for aesthetics and stability. Eventually I just had a set built that replicated the offset I desired.

I am in the automotive manufacturing corridor myself and the backorder/supply chain issues are insane right now. I've never seen anything like it.
