Just confirming that optioning the 22” wheels definitely come with bigger calipers (6-pot vs 4-pot) and rotors. It was the main reason I ordered mine with the bigger wheels, a free brake upgrade. To me, the easiest way to tell is the bigger ones don’t have the ribs on the rotors (sometimes the wheel blocks a good part of the calipers).
Here’s a clearer view of the 6-pot calipers (and I believe just the X and V8 models have the Land Rover lettering on them, the other trims are just painted grey from what I’ve seen):
