Anyone else with a V8 notice the exhaust note significantly reduced/muffled when in dynamic mode after this update? Wouldn’t have expected any “performance” related tweaks from a pivi update… but I suppose it’s all software these days. I miss my burbles and pops! Haha
I haven't driven in Dynamic mode since the update - will check and report back.
Edit: Just drove it in dynamic mode and it sounds the same to me. I'm still getting burbles and pops on the overrun. Granted, I drive in comfort 99% of the time so I might be mistaken. Maybe some other V8 owners can chime in.

Oh the FOMO. I'm stuck on 3.3.2 in a '23 110 P400 X. Is there anything you can do to trigger an update? In my old Disco I could drive to the dealer and let it connect to their Wifi. ??

same for me, it took a while to get the 3.3.2 update but I got it eventually.

I started my car and let it run for 15 minute intervals and then shut it off for 30 mins. Did this 4 times and boom update was there.
Honestly, just keeping it logged into wifi, arming the alarm at night while in the garage (shades of when I lived in Miami) and drinking at least one cup of fresh baby's blood a day worked for me. Really, the .3 update happened two and a half weeks ago, my wife's Evoque got 4.0 on Friday and mine got 4.0 last night. If you do not have access to the Baby's blood, I have heard that fresh rooster blood also works, but it will take two weeks longer to attract the update.

does anyone know if keeping the car locked and armed is part of what the update procedure "needs" to trigger its arrival? I know that once it does arrive on the car, turning it off and locking it will start the update process. I used to a have a great tech advisor at my dealership who deep ended on this stuff and would know all the ins and outs (chipsets, vendors that did the actual software work etc.) and keep me up to date, but unfortunately, he moved on and left.
In the case of my wife's Evoque. Never did anything special, not locking or alarming when it was in the garage. The update popped up on its own while parking in a lot to get some stuff at REI. So what really attracts it to your vehicle and when is most likely some kind of software VIN number lottery. It could be regional, but unless somebody had some insight with JLR or the contractor who actually manages the servers we will all be guessing and making some kind of cult out of who the chosen are, we are in the dark. In my wife's car's case I just let it update via the cell connection internally while shopping and it was done on return.
