Does anyone know if we can reuse the stock TPMS sensors for new wheels and tires? Trying to see if I need to spend an extra $400 just on that crap... going with the KO2 275/55/20 on Vossen HF5 wheels!

Yes of course, as long as the wheels were designed to accept sensors (some older or exotic designs may not be.) However, you don't need to spend anywhere near $400 for new sensors. Probably more like $100 for 4 compatible ones (you can find them online from several sources, such as Tirerack.) Your tire shop will probably charge you something to transfer the sensors from one wheel to the other, so you may save a few bucks, but not much.

What I don't get, is they want you to buy a rebuild kit when you put new tires on - I hope to get tires next week - current tires just turned 225 miles...but, want a little more aggressive tire ...

I have never bought rebuild kits for any of the wheels I have swapped. They are not needed unless the mechanic is an idiot.

KO2 275/55/20 no issues. Loved em on my last ride and love em now!

275/55/R20 Bridgestone Revo III installed and no problems......look years better than 255's and are still quite on the roadway. Selected Revo's because of their excellent winter traction....
