Exchanged for the new AT4 and just a great tire. D rated so good load rating and sidewalls. Car feels planted, nimble and just great. Off road in a muddy field didn't miss a beat.
Lucky you got em, they weren't available in time for me. Only thing I didn't like about them were the weight.. I got 10 ply Cooper's and they're lighter than 8 ply Wildpeak's. Would love to test them and see how they improved over the previous model though

Based on your experience with the Wildpeaks do you think the 275/60/20 would work without rubbing? I've seen this size work with other tires but of course they're not Falken's. See on their site the 265/60 is 32.5" and the 275/60 is 33"

MY22 110 with 20's. Just changed the tyres to Grabber AT3 275/55r20 and added 20mm spacers to the front and 25mm to the rear.

No rubbing even at full lock in Access mode.

In terms of width the fronts are now 1mm/2mm inside the wheel arch and the rears are about 5mm inside but only because of the camber they are carrying. In the Uk you certainly could not go any wider than 20mm spacers with a 275 tyre and remain legal at the front. At the back you could possibly push to 30mm spacers but it would be marginal.

I’m a fan of KO2’s but new car came with 22’s.

any thoughts on fitting a 295/50/22 on a defender 90? Not opposed to a 1” Johnson lift if needed…

I am running 33.6 inch tires with a 2 inch subframe lift and they rubbed a little. I drove it for a while like that and eventually trimmed the lower bumper. At 33.7 and no lift (maybe 1 inch lift rod) I would expect you will need to start triming some plastic

50 sidewall on a 22" rim may start to cause rubbing on the inside fender wells, that's why opted for the 285/45R22 Toyo AT3's on my 110x (see my posts above). 50 sidewalks on a 20" rim would work (less rim -more sidewall and visa vera.)
