Leaning towards replacing the 22’s with 20’s.

i like the Fuel Wheels D733 Warp in black. Would use KO2’s (or KO3’s if out yet). Prob 275/55?

The wheels come in an 18 offset and a 30 offset. Which do folks think I would need? Would prefer the “stock” look regarding sidewall and fender (wheel not sticking out etc)…

Hi folks. I just picked up a 2022 Standard and drove it straight to the tire shop for some new rubber. Thanks to this thread, I went with 265-70/18 on coil springs and like many of you, I have no rubbing at all. Tires are the new Duratrac RT. Much quieter than the previous version which I had on another car. I also went with the 116T and not load range E which have identical load handling and heavier construction than the XL spec tires that came stock. Tire is 8 lbs heavier and measures 32.6 in diameter. Here's a pic:

JesseRhor: did you notice much increase in tramlining with the wider tires? how close are you to your suspension?

After talking myself in and out of many ideas, I landed on going from 22’s to 20’s.

Next came the fun of researching what wheels I wanted. Lots of options but I was drawn to a set of Mondials from Kahn in the UK. Not sure I’ve seen them on the forum yet but Kahn and Chelsea Truck Co are worth a google.

Imported them myself with a small $150 tariff + around $600 in shipping as I recall.

Pics below using KO2’s in 275/55. If curious, these wheels are purpose built for our Defenders and come in a 30 offset.

Default 19" 255/60 Falken Wildpeak AT

Has anyone tried the slightly (1/2") smaller sidewall as a "solution" for the 19" quandary?

These are not the AT3, but the OG model.

That's great to hear. I wanted to move up to a true 33" tire, but thought it would require a mod to the front wheel well regardless of the height.
