Default Ordering?

Curious - what is the general time from order to delivery?

I ordered mine in February 2021 as a MY21. It got onto their allocation and was actually ordered by the Dealer in March 2021. It arrived in June as a MY22. It was "upgraded" and between Model Years the features changed and it pissed me off that I lost some of the options that used to be standard. No one re-asked if I wanted to order them as options. I got it before the "Mass Feature Purge of '21". So it was per design, not per what was on hand. So everything that was spec to a MY22 X-Dynamics HSE 110 was on it. All the Options that I selected were added.

Pro-Tip: Wish I had known this before I ordered. Do NOT tick any box that says it is a Dealer Add on and the Installation Price will be added by your Dealer. They will likely not put installation costs on your order and you will be SHOCKED re: the mark up. If you are reasonably handy, just order the parts & do them yourself. If not, find a local 3rd party and have them install. Worse case, wait until they arrive and go with the Service Rates (which even then will be lower). Worse case, if you ABSOLUTELY must add them at order, I caution you to get a firm quote from the Dealer that you think has enough teeth to bind them re: the end cost.

This is UK so it's a little different for other markets but :

Also depends heavily on dealer allocation and the slot they have available for you.

...if you're lucky. I placed an order August and don't even have a build date yet.

I have a build date for end of December... Dealer claims it will still be a 22 when it arrives in March.
