I am pretty sure the notice to upgrade goes out after the software has downloaded. Concur??

 

Updated today on my 2025, working well with iPhone 15 pro on newest IOS update

 

My model year 2020 Defender 110 didn't get this 4.2.1 update. I'm still stuck at version 4.0.1 from September 2023.

Did anyone else with a 2020 model get the 4.2.1 update? Or is this release only for newer Defenders?

 

Updates are sent out in batches, so not all cars get updated at the same time. But if you're that far behind, I'd bring it into the dealer and have them force an update.

 

Has anyone had a problem with their backup camera after this update? It installed Tuesday on my 2025 and everything was great yesterday, this morning the backup camera decided to blank out and hasn't come back up.
