It was dead easy to do yourself. Main dealers parts department got the new trim delivered within 18 hours, included all fixings and seals. The body shop painted it within 4 hours, took about 15 minutes to replace the trim. The part number on my invoice is LRLR147358 - £59.90 + VAT, painting was £78.10 + VAT. All in £165.60 inc.
Now got a box to sell, and a roof rack - They'll be on eBay soon (with the pre cut trim).

No, it requires 3 holes drilled into this little trim piece that pops off easily. One option is to buy the trim. No idea the cost and doubt you can get a color match. Another option is to put in a Molle plate like PowerfulUk sells.
