The Remote subscription basically just gives you access to the Remote app with remote start and keyless lock/unlock etc.

The Online Pack w/ Data Plan gives you features like built-in Spotify/TuneIn/Qobuz, Amazon Alexa, built-in weather, and more.

Both the Remote and Online Pack w/ Data Plan subscriptions are included throughout the warranty period of four years.

I’ve got a 2024 110 and the online pack with data plan expired after the first year. Should I be getting in touch with corporate or the dealer?

From what I heard, JLR changed the subscription time of the online pack to one year. Mine expired after one year as well.

Interesting - mine was active from January 2021 to the end of May 2025, so just over four years. If that's the case they changed the subscription to a year, I was obviously exempt from it.

I believe it was changed in 2023. Anyone who received their Defender before then, still had the longer subscription period.

3.3.1 is out, and it restores the health data that went missing earlier this week.

When working with detailed weather data and reports, sometimes you need to send official documents via fax. Finding reliable fax locations nearby can make this process much easier. If you’re unsure where to go, websites like https://comfax.com/fax-near-me/ help you quickly find nearby fax services with updated info on prices and hours. Whether at an office supply store, shipping center, or library, having easy access to fax locations ensures your important weather reports get delivered on time without any hassle.
Thanks for information!

What you are not getting with your subscription is privacy. By merely using the app, you knowingly or unknowingly grant JLR permission to follow your every move, and gather every last bit of other information on you that they can, 24/7.
