And right after reading the comment about JLR disabling the Unlock feature in the app, I went outside and tried mine every which way, Lock, Unlock, iPhone, Apple Watch and it works like a charm. Was this reported disabling a result of a software update that I haven’t come across yet? I’m on 4.1.5 and have not heard of any changes to the app. Unless this only applies to markets non-US. Will be awaiting more info and other owners experiences.

After placing a plastic wedge between the trailing edge of the door and the B-pillar and opening a small gap, enough to place the inflatable bladder, it was inflated just enough to insert the rod, which after eyeballing the distance and angle to reach the door unlock button, and placing the requisite bend to accomplish this, or occasionally grabbing the door handle with the bend or hook formed in the rod, the door was open in less than a minute. With no damage. I suggest you call around and locate the proper locksmith who can perform this for you.

Well yes for the nationalists, but technically JLR and many other British companies are still using EU regulation for their product specs in many ways -- because it's easier to have one product, instead of differentiate between UK and EU product. That's why you are getting the speed limiter warning nonsense in your British spec cars.

Gotcha. What I meant to imply/say was all markets outside of the North American market, I wasn’t specific enough. In Porsche-speak, my other vehicle, they just call anything NOT North America, RoW, for REST OF WORLD, encompassing all other markets. I stand corrected.
